On the morning of May 25th, 2013, the fifth Reading festival was held on the Pan Tianshou square in Ninghai. Wang Jianyun, member of county party committee, minister of propaganda and civilization deputy director, Zhao Xiuping, deputy director of the county people's congress and civilization deputy director, Lou Daimin and Yang Xianglun took part in the activity. At the beginning, Mr. Wang Jianyun addressed the activity and awarded the advanced groups who are given best wishes to treasure the honor and award more in the near future. The organizing committee had the hope that other groups should learn from them, participate in various kinds of activities to promote more people to read books and make great contribution to the county's culture development.
